Cosmic crunch…
To put into words what is going on in the cosmos, and on Earth in general, seems near impossible. It is a time of great awakenings, death and rebirth. This is not “easy” energy, but we can work with it and let it move through us and for us. The theme of surrender is what I am seeing across the board working with clients and in my own life as well. Every day feels like a choose your own adventure book or a Black Mirror episode. The crunch is not random and it is the result of cycles completing and the alignment for every individual will feel this differently, but as a collective we are all feeling the shifts that are monumental. As we witness the crumbling of systems and a vast array of chaotic downfall, we must also remember to see that what was built to control and deceive can no longer survive the truth that is an evolution of humanity. The courage it takes to be alive and move through the muck and the mire is much like the caterpillar chrysalis dissolving it’s gooey body to break free through the metamorphosis that transforms into a butterfly. We are shedding and moving into a new place, but the gooey part feels like the long path to birth. It is a process and the energy is something we have never experienced if you are living on the planet in this lifetime. It will be beautiful and the process is actually part of the story that will be one to reveal the new Earth.
Currently we are working with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius and nearing the Taurus New Moon on May 16th. This is slow refining energy. What is crucial now is to be very gentle with yourself.
There is no wrong way to do this, so take comfort knowing that this cosmic shift is allowing us to receive differently. Some of us were never taught how to receive at all and it can be challenging, however, this is an opportunity to ask: What do I feel about safety, inner peace, nourishment, and sustainability on a soul level? Where are we unconsciously chasing validation, love, abundance, attention, and external reassurance? This energy will illuminate how we are doing this from a state of lack rather than the knowing that we are all deserving of abundance and love, and therefore, blocking our own life force energy.
The Taurus New Moon will slowly redirect us to our innate self worth and allow us to embody all that we are calling in to our lives IF we allow it. The reality is that nothing can be forced or, controlled. That ideas and programs that have been running have not worked and are no longer sustainable. It was all an illusion and every limiting belief has been debunked as soon as we say, ”I’m not what they told me I am.” Many of us are generational pattern breakers and our ancestors would have, and possibly may have died scratching out of the cages we are now free from more each day. As we move through this time of great change and introspective refinement, I encourage you to be the observer of your own story. You are the creator, let this work FOR you. Watch the new form in you and through you. Be the things you only imagined as a dream. Start today. It will feel unnatural at first and that is the crunch, but do it one moment at a time and NOTICE these moments. Look at where you were and who you are now and make one small tweak in the direction of your choice. The intentions that we set as we slowly integrate during the New Moon will magnify and move into your new reality FAST. The game is simple . You win every time.
